International Women’s Day

A woman’s place is in a union

For International Women’s Day 2021, the theme was ‘Choose to Challenge’ – choose to challenge bias, stereotypes and celebrate women’s achievement.

At Prospect, we have thousands of exceptional women members, many of whom are breaking new ground in fields traditionally dominated by men, such as energy, technology and aviation. So we shared some of the inspiring stories of our women members who choose to challenge the male-dominated status quo in their workplaces.
