Any rep who has attended Introduction to Pensions’ and is covered by civil service (or related) pension arrangements

What will I learn?

  • A basic understanding of the civil service pension arrangements and their role in retirement planning
  • Understanding of the various options available to scheme members (such as boosting pension and how much lump sum to take on retirement) 
  • The impact of the 2015 reforms and the McCloud remedy
