Effective organising for union reps

This course covers ideas and techniques in developing a well-organised branch. Learning what is meant by Organising.

We will look at how to build both structures and influence in your branch thus helping you to grow your branch, and therefore your powerbase, and so be more effective when it comes to negotiations, campaigns and even industrial action.

Who is the course for?

Any Rep who has completed Reps part 1 or The Effective Health & Safety Rep and who wishes to develop their organising skills further.
