Since its formation in 2023 the Prospect Tech Workers branch has heard numerous concerns around the treatment of women, trans and non-binary people working in tech.

The stats on gender equality in the tech sector show significant room for improvement.

One way to tackle these issues is to unionise, get organised, and start using your collective power to change things at work.

It is clear that the sector needs to do better on gender equality. That is why we are launching the Gender Equality in Tech working group.

If you work in the tech sector and you want to join your colleagues in fighting for better gender equality, join Prospect today and sign up for the working group using the form above.
