Negotiation Skills
This course is designed to give you the skills and confidence to successfully engage in negotiations with employers in a collective bargaining environment. The course will focus on the psychology and tactics of negotiating as applied to a typical negotiating scenario. It will also improve your communication and interpersonal skills.
Completion of this course will better prepare you to negotiate effectively with employers and others. You should have attended Reps 1: key skills prior to attending this course. The online course comprises of 3 sessions running Tuesday to Thursday: am/pm with some offline study.

Who is the course for?
Any Rep who has completed Reps part 1 or and effective H&S rep and would like to get involved in branch negotiations.
