IT upgrade: Prospect website downtime

At Prospect, we are undertaking some major IT improvements, which will allow us to better support you, our members.

While we do this we are currently in a period of downtime of some of our systems so have some temporary systems in place.

We understand that this could be frustrating but unfortunately this is a necessary step to enable us to get to a place where we can launch our new systems.

Logging into the Prospect website

Members who joined before 19 February 2025 can log in as usual.

If you joined on 19 February 2025 or later, you won’t be able to log in to the website until early April.

Joining Prospect

New members can continue to join Prospect but applications may take a little longer than usual to process. Rest assured our team will be working through these as fast as possible so please bear with them.

Information for reps

Reps services will experience some disruption during this time. Reps should keep an eye on their emails for details – search “Prospect downtime” in your email inbox to bring up correspondence we have sent.

What’s next?

Systems should be back online by early April. Following this, we will be improving our member portals, with the aim of launching our new portals by June this year. We will then be developing our digital roadmap for the next couple of years.
