Prospect Scotland marks ten consecutive years of growth with member prize

Prospect Scotland has celebrated ten consecutive years of membership growth.

To mark the success and to further drive recruitment Prospect will be entering all members who successfully recruit another member into a prize draw to win a Sonos speaker. This is on top of the current incentive of a £10 voucher.
One entry into the prize draw will be allocated for every additional member recruited so the more colleagues people persuade to join the more chance they have of winning.

Prospect National Secretary Richard Hardy said:

“Ten years of consecutive growth in membership is testament to the work of Prospect branches and staff across Scotland, delivering for members in good times and bad. It also highlights that we need to continue to do our very best for members, getting the highest possible pay deals and protecting terms and conditions.

“2023 will be a difficult time for many but the more members trade unions have the more we will be able to help people and get the best for working people.”

Bob Harvey, Branch Secretary of Prospect’s Scottish Government Branch, added:

“I think members have seen the value of the Union this year in tackling pay issues, making work places safer, supporting members through change and speaking out on key issues such as Just Transition”
