We need your views on pay and your new ways of working
Prospect is asking members in the National Lottery Community Fund for their views on the new working arrangements, pay and reward.
Staff have been working in new, more flexible and community-focused ways for about 18 months following the implementation of the Employment Framework.
Members have raised concerns about managing workloads, safe ways of working, different ways of working across the countries and the new ways of working in regional hubs.
So we want to know how these issues affect you. In the light of upcoming pay talks, we also want to hear your views on pay and reward to understand what you think are the going rates for the job and what needs to be reviewed.
That is why we are launching a survey which can be found at this link.
The survey covers the National Lottery Community Fund and is intended for all staff. It is open to non-members so please do encourage any colleagues who are not members of Prospect to complete it.
Prospect intends to use the data received to discuss potential beneficial changes to your working lives.
By completing the survey, you agree to Prospect storing the survey data, analysing and publishing the data within our membership and elsewhere – including to the Fund itself for the purposes of trade union collective bargaining and consultation.
The questions are constructed in a way that anonymises the identities of individual respondents. If Prospect feels that any responses identify an individual, we will redact the comment, not publish it or delete it entirely.
Prospect works closely with the Fund through the JUG and we need your input to ensure that our arguments are evidence-based and reflect your wishes.
The survey will close on Tuesday 6 August and will only take a few minutes of your time.
