Free wills service

Prospect’s solicitors will provide a straightforward will at no charge for members and their partners.

A straightforward will is defined as one where personal assets (as opposed to business) are left to a spouse, partner, children, relative or friend.

Members can phone the solicitors on 0800 587 1278 or complete our online form to start the will writing application. Please note you will need your  membership number and branch name in order to complete this application form.

Benevolent Fund

Members or their dependants in financial distress can also apply for a grant from Prospect’s Benevolent Fund. If you’re a member login to find out more.
