BT Enterprise Service Consultations
Prospect is being consulted on the various changes in BT Enterprise Service.
BT employees should now be aware of the collective consultation in progress in their area of work in relation to the organisation design and People Framework, which Prospect is being consulted about. The level of change that is taking place will impact individuals in various ways and employees will know what this change means to them following individual consultation meetings.
Prospects aim during the collective consultation is to ensure that members views are listened to, and that the people processes that underpin the change framework are fairly and equitably applied.
The collective consultation provides the opportunity to provide feedback to BT about the proposals. Therefore as this is a time bound process members are being encouraged to contact the Member Contact Centre on 0300 600 1878 as soon as possible, with any concerns or queries so that Prospect reps and Sue Bucksey, Negotiations Officer can raise them on their behalf at the next consultative meeting. The MCC can also provide initial advice and put members in contact with a Prospect representative for individual support if required.
The Prospect reps for the areas that have commenced consultation (listed below) are Richard Brudenell and Balbir Singh.
