Royal Museums Greenwich members campaign for better working conditions

Prospect members at Royal Museums Greenwich are voting in an industrial action ballot as they campaign to secure improvements to pay and working conditions.
Members have already secured a two-year pay deal through negotiations. The current campaign is about ensuring the remaining commitments are delivered and that agreed improvements become a reality.
Prospect is seeking:
- London Living Wage accreditation this year
- Protection of existing Christmas closure annual leave arrangements
- Paid breaks for security workers
- Stronger policies on fixed-term contracts
- Improved training and development opportunities
The industrial action ballot closes on 29 July.
