The Senedd elections will take place on 7 May 2026, marking one of the most significant moments in Welsh democracy since devolution. Every vote, in every constituency, will be vital in shaping the future of Wales.

Whilst Prospect remains politically independent and unaffiliated with any political party, we always advocate for the interests of members. So as Wales looks ahead, we call on all parties and candidates to prioritise workers and invest in secure, high‑quality jobs.
