Knowledge Hub

  • New design of member homepage, putting key information in front of members quicker.
  • Members can now see full list of rep contacts in their branch, section and sub-section.
  • Reps can now find member phone numbers more easily.
  • Reps can change the order of pages that they publish to their branch websites.
  • Reps can choose which phone number to show to members (or none).
  • Optional multi-factor authentication added to member login.
  • Chat function launched for branch chairs and secretaries.
  • Weekly email alerts with details of membership data set up for reps.
