Prospect is the UK’s leading union for workers in the energy supply industry.

We represent a large and growing membership working in energy generation, transmission, retail and distribution companies around the country.

Prospect has been leading calls for investment in low carbon generation and our energy networks to build a secure and decarbonised energy system.

We help our members win a better deal at work and campaign on the issues that affect them, including contributing to Powering Improvement – a strategy to improve health and safety across the electricity industry.
