Prospect and Bectu hold separate national conferences every two years to decide on the priorities of the union by garnering the views of members. The conferences are attended by representative delegates nominated by Prospect and Bectu branches.

Prospect’s National Conference 2026 will be held from 6-9 June 2026 in Brighton.
