Level 1: Introductory courses for new reps
We have the perfect courses to get you started on your journey as a rep.
New reps must choose to take our Reps part 1: Key skills training or How to be an effective health and safety rep, dependent on the pathway you choose initially.
Courses can be taken online or in person. Please speak to your organiser about your preference so we can run courses with the maximum attendance possible.
If you are not in a recognised workplace, the following online training may be more appropriate:

Now you can choose to specialise by starting a level 2 course. You can choose to specialise in multiple areas.
