Introducing your new young professional network committee

Your new YPN committee is made up of volunteers from a diverse range of sectors and branches.

Thank you to everyone who sent in an application to join the YPN committee for the 2018-19 term.

The new committee met for the first time on Saturday 21 April in London, with experienced YPN-ers Abi Rumsey, Gary Best and Dan Fahey elected to the positions of Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary respectively.

Ideas for growing the YPN were shared and discussed, responsibility for key projects and initiatives were allocated to different committee members, and collaboration with the BECTU Youth Forum was encouraged. We also had the benefit of input from Prospect’s Head of Brand and Digital, Caitlin Kinsella, and BECTU’s Emily Collin and Rosanna Armenante.
