Prospect engages with staff at animal health event

Prospect was delighted to be invited to the three‑day Technical Staff Event for Animal Health, held from 20–22 January at Sand Hutton in York. With more than 250 staff attending, the event was buzzing, quite literally, with one delegate dressed as a bee and another as an insect, and full of hands‑on, interactive engagement across a wide range of stalls.

Our invitation to this event reflects the positive relationship Prospect has built with the employer, reinforcing that unions are welcome and recognised as integral to a growing, thriving workplace. With the recent Employment rights and changes to access rights, we are taking every opportunity to expand our presence across both existing and new areas, and events like this make a real difference.
