Our eigth annual Union Week will take place from 17-24 November 2025.

During Union Week, we encourage all reps and members to talk to colleagues about Prospect and the importance of joining a trade union.

What can you do to make Union Week a success?

To make Union Week a success, we need as many reps and members as possible to get involved – your help is extremely valuable. You can:

  • talk to your colleagues about why being a union member is valuable to you
  • ask your friends and workmates if they would be interested in joining Prospect
  • run an event in your workplace or office
  • encourage your colleagues to join one of our Union Week webinars

The more members we have, the more effectively we can lobby, campaign and negotiate on your behalf.
